Free Delivery: We're pleased to offer free UK delivery and free UK returns by Royal Mail 1st Class service or a carefully selected courier. We aim to process your order for despatch to you the same day or the following day. We will email you to confirm the package has been posted. This is usually a 2-3 day service, though please allow up to a week before reporting an item as undelivered from receiving our postage confirmation email.

Signed For Next Day Delivery: If you need your item the next day and order before 2pm, you can opt for our Guaranteed Next Day delivery (£6.00) option. This is a guaranteed service offered by Royal Mail or a carefully selected courier. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on Orders Over £70: Spend more than £70 with Elizabeth Parker and we will ship your item internationally for free using standard international shipping (either Royal Mail or a courier service). We aim to process your order for despatch to you the same day or the following day, though during busy periods we may take 3-5 days for despatch. We will email you to confirm the package has been posted. Standard international shipping is usually a 5-7 day service, though please allow up to 14 days before reporting an item as undelivered from receiving our postage confirmation email.

Express International Delivery: Typically we use DHL, Fedex or TNT for our Express International Delivery Service (£25 for USA and £30 for the Rest of the World).
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once we receive your order we will advise of your tracking number and give an estimated delivery time.
Elizabeth Parker cannot guarantee specific delivery dates therefore, please allow normally 3-5 working days after confirming acceptance of your order and a minimum of 14 working days for international shipment. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and National Bank Holidays.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or courier for standard delivery or Airmail standard delivery for overseas orders, to the delivery address stipulated in your order. Please feel free to email us or call us on +44 (0)1933 223603 and we will look for the best alternative for you. Any delivery time scales are indicative only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. If we ourselves are not able to deliver your goods within 7 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order. We may deliver the goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery. We will send you a confirmation by email, to tell your order has been despatched.
Elizabeth Parker cannot be held responsible should local customs & authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any Import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of our goods to your particular country or location is permissible so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions and duties that may apply by law.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being despatched. Please see below for details on returning/exchanging an item.
Returns and Exchanges
Elizabeth Parker will accept returns and exchanges on any unwanted product, providing it is returned in its original packaging, condition and is unused.
If you would like to make a return or exchange please email us or call us on +44 (0)1933 223603 within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You will be given a unique returns code which should be written on the returns slip. Please ensure the returns slip is included in the package being returned. Please see below for information on return costs.
UK Return Postage Details.
In order to receive free UK return postage, please contact us so that we can arrange to send you a pre-paid returns label by email with your returns reference code.
Please note: It is your responsibility to print this label, securely attach it to the original packaging we sent the item in, and post it back to us with 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Any returns received without a reference code will not have the postage refunded.
Outside of the UK Postage Details.
If you are outside of the UK, you will need to pay the return postage costs and arrange the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Any exchanges or refunds will be made once the unwanted goods are received and deemed to be in their original state by us.
In the event of an exchange or refund that is a result of faulty or incorrect items being shipped to you, Elizabeth Parker will cover the return costs.
