The terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.
No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods. If you are under 18, please confer with an adult to make your purchase.
From time to time we may modify our terms and conditions to which the content and services available are subject. Accordingly, please continue to review them whenever accessing or using our Website.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the goods.If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing any unauthorised person from using your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should tell us immediately if you believe some person has accessed your account without your authority and also log in to your account and changed your password.
We reserve the right to refuse you access to our Website.
Online Shopping
We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. That is when our contract is made. Our message will confirm details of your purchase and tell you when we shall dispatch your order. If you have not received any notification from us within 3 working days, please contact us at by email or telephone on +44 (0)1933 223603. We are open Monday to Thursday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm GMT, and 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on Fridays.
We may change these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to you are those posted here on our Website on the day you order goods. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that goods advertised on our Website are available. If we do not have all of the goods ordered in stock, we will offer you alternatives. If this happens you may accept the alternatives we offer or cancel all or part of your order. If you buy goods from us under any arrangement which does not involve your payment via our Website, these terms still apply. We know that when you shop online you want to know that your personal information, card and details you give us are kept safe and secure and we promise to do this. We will not share your personal information and details to any third party.
Price and Payment
Our products listed on our Website are in pounds sterling. UK customers – all prices are inclusive of VAT. All prices listed on the Elizabeth Parker website are correct at the time of entering the information however we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. Once payment has been received in full, your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked you will receive our confirmation and your order will be despatched.
Please keep the order confirmation email for your records.
Purchase of Gift Wrap
If purchasing a gift wrap option it must be in conjunction with a product, gift wrap is not a standalone product. If ordered by mistake on its own, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the payment source.

Standard Delivery
We're pleased to offer free UK delivery by Royal Mail or a carefully selected courier with every UK order. This is usually a 5-7 working day* service, though please allow up to a week before reporting an item as undelivered from receiving our dispatch confirmation email.
Signed For Next Day Delivery
If you need your item the next day and order before 2pm, you can opt for our next working day* delivery (£9.00) option. This is a guaranteed service offered by Royal Mail.
*Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and National Bank Holidays.
UK RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We always hope that you’re happy with your Elizabeth Parker order. However, in the unlikely event that you decide the items are not quite right, you can of course, return your order to us in the UK for a refund or replacement.
Free UK Returns
To qualify for free UK carriage of returned goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be given a unique returns code which should be written on the returns slip.
Please ensure the returns slip is included in the package being returned. We will then issue you via email, a returns label which is valid for 24 hours. You will be contacted by us to confirm when it is convenient for us to issue the label. Please note it is your responsibility to print this label, securely attach it to the original packaging we sent the item in and post it back to us.
UK Returns
If you wish to return your order after our free UK returns offer has expired (7 days after receipt of your order), you will still need to request a unique returns code which should be written on the returns slip. Please ensure the returns slip is included in the package. All returns will need to be sent back within 30 working days of receiving the goods. We cannot accept any returns after this period. For returns which fall outside our free return offer time frame all return costs will need to be met by you.
Please note the following when returning an item:
- Any refunds will be made once the unwanted goods are received and deemed to be in their original state by us. Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, and in the original packaging. Elizabeth Parker reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
- Upon receipt of items, the original payment source used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods only.
- In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact our team at sales@elizabethparker.co.uk in order to get the issue resolved.

Typically, we use Royal Mail or Royal Mail Tracked services.
Delivery times will vary and usually take between 7 -14 days, although please allow up to 20 days from receiving our dispatch confirmation email before reporting an item as undelivered.
Express International Delivery
Typically, we use DHL, FedEx or TNT for our Express International Delivery. We will pick the most suitable courier for your destination. Please feel free to contact us to confirm the delivery times. Once we receive your order, we will advise of your tracking number and give an estimated delivery time.
*Non Standard Delivery – this applies to general delivery outside of the UK.
I AM IN THE EU – WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?
We are still shipping and delivering to all EU countries. However, BREXIT has caused some issues which could mean a delay with your order. If the item you are considering is time sensitive e.g. birthday present, please take this into consideration before placing an order.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed, we will then notify you when it has been dispatched. For orders over a certain value a tracking number will be provided in the dispatch email.
Please be aware that these emails may find themselves in your junk or clutter mailboxes.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES, DUTIES AND VAT?
All taxes and charges associated with shipping must be met by you (the Customer), these will include handling charges, duties & excise and your countries VAT (taxes) at the prevailing rate. Please remember these will be charged in the home currency and using your countries current exchange rate.
All our prices include UK VAT, this VAT charge will be removed at checkout for all our customers ordering outside of the UK. Please note that this VAT amount will be removed from the overall product price.

Elizabeth Parker cannot be held responsible should your local customs/authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered. We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of our goods to your particular country or location is permissible so please be aware of any import restrictions that may apply by law in your geographic area.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As we operate a quick order to dispatch turnaround at Elizabeth Parker, if you cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent the goods you have ordered from being dispatched. Please see below for details on returning/exchanging an item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (for returns from outside of the UK)
We always hope that you’re happy with your Elizabeth Parker order. However, in the unlikely event that you decide the items are not quite right, you can return your order to us in the UK within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that you contact our overseas return team on sales@elizabethparker.co.uk to obtain a returns code and special address label – no items can be returned or refunded without this code.
We also kindly request that you mark the package as “returned items” on the Customs Declaration form in order to avoid any unnecessary duty fees and delays in customs.
Please note the following when returning an item to us from outside of the UK:
- For orders from outside of the UK, all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You (The Customer) will need to arrange for suitable carriage to send the item back to us and pay for any relating shipping costs, taxes and customs charges.
- We always recommend that you use a carrier that provides proof of postage, as Elizabeth Parker will not be responsible if the item fails to reach us.
- Any refunds will be made once the unwanted goods are received and deemed to be in their original state by us. Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, and in the original packaging. Elizabeth Parker reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
- Upon receipt of items, the original payment source used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods only.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery Times
Elizabeth Parker cannot guarantee specific delivery dates therefore, please allow up to a week after confirming acceptance of your order and a minimum of 20 working days for International shipment. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and National bank holidays.
Any delivery time scales are indicative only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. If we ourselves are not able to deliver your goods within 7 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order. We may deliver the goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery. We will send you a confirmation by email, to tell your order has been despatched.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being despatched. Please see below for details on returning/exchanging an item.

We may make improvements or changes to our Website, the content, or to any of the goods, at any time and without advance notice.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an exact representation of the actual merchandise.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, War, Flood, Fire, Labour Disputes, Strikes, Lock-Outs, Riots, Civil Commotion, Malicious Damage, Explosion, Governmental Actions and any other similar events.
Liability & Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising in any way out of your use of our Website, your posting any material, or the infringement by you, or by any other person using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
Through buying from the Elizabeth Parker Website you are entering a contractual agreement that this will be the case.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.
This Website, any content contained within and any other contracts entered into as a result of usage of this Website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
