Tomorrow marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, so we thought we'd dedicate this issue to that - with some more recommendations based around celebrating our wonderful planet as well as accessorising in a sustainable way.

The Elizabeth Parker Team
What is Earth Day?
Earth Day is an annual event celebrated around the world on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. You can find out more about it here
Watch in awe at the wonder of the world with a virtual tour and a TV series
Visit Kew Gardens from the Sofa.
Our first recommendation is a virtual delve into Kew Gardens
. Discover the world of science behind the sensational botanical collections which includes up to 50,000 living plants. A true wonder of Planet Earth. The perfect way to relax and enjoy the outside whilst we stay home and save lives.
Our Favourite Documentary Series - Planet Earth.
We can't really talk about environmental protection without mentioning the incredible work of Sir David Attenborough and his Planet Earth series, that takes you on journeys to the ocean, mountains and of course the jungle.
Available to buy and stream on Amazon and also available to stream on Netflix.
Shop your Wardrobe and Accessorise!
Whilst we aren't heading to special events at the moment, now might be a good time to review your formal wear. So that when the time comes, you know what fits and is ready to go - you'll be looking good and feeling even better when the invites start arriving again! We are advocates of rewearing suits and shirts and saving them from landfill by giving them a new lease of life with accessories. Read our blog here about how our products can help you achieve this.
Same Product, Multiple Looks!
We've got some great products that are multifunctional
and provide versatility to your wardrobe and negates the need to keep buying something new, whether thats our interchangeable cufflinks or our 'The Multi-facet'
button cover that gives you three different wearable options in one. You can invest in one product but wear it in many ways, giving you a new look each time you wear it.
Sustainability at Elizabeth Parker
Elizabeth Parker take sustainability very seriously, we have been reviewing all of our processes to make them as sustainable as possible and are writing our sustainability policy at the moment.
We've started to make changes along the way too, recently we've added the option for customers to request their orders without the gift box - to reduce on packaging and plastic use.
