Our products are made to a high-quality and will last a long time provided they are well cared for. The following product care guidelines outline how you can care for your Elizabeth Parker products to keep them looking their best.

Storing Your Elizabeth Parker Accessories.

We highly recommend that you keep your accessories in the storage box that you receive them in. Although we have taken great care to design a box that is great for gifting, its real purpose is to provide a place to store your accessories when they are not being worn. This will keep them safe and clean. All Elizabeth Parker boxes are durable and suitable for travel.

Caring For Your Elizabeth Parker Accessories

To keep your accessories looking their best and restore their lustre an shine we recommend using our polishing cloth (available to purchase here or a glasses cloth works perfectly). Rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions to remove any superficial marks.

We strongly advise that you avoid metal cleaning polishes, as the abrasive nature of these can damage the plate and stone inlays.

Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratches.

For our Gold, Rose Gold and Gunmetal pieces it is advisable to avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, oil, moisture, wear and soil as this can cause tarnishing and dis-colouration. Chemicals and cleaning agents can also cause gold plate to erode.

Leather

As leather is a natural material, general wear and cleaning may cause shrinkage and cause its colour to change slightly.  Elizabeth Parker cannot be held responsible for any damage due to negligence. To preserve the quality of your Elizabeth Parker leather products, please do not wash with any household cleaning fluids.

If wet, please allow leather to dry naturally. Do not place near a source of heating or open fire.
