Look Good Feel Great User Generated Content Competition Terms and Conditions
1- The promoter is: Elizabeth Parker Promotions Ltd whose registered office is at 6 Bentley Court, Paterson Road, Finedon Road Industrial Estate, Wellingborough NN8 4BQ.
2- The competition is open to all aged 18 years or over except employees of Elizabeth Parker Promotions Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3- There is no entry fee, however in order to win the cost of your order back you will need to have made a purchase to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Social Media or by email. Entrants agree to their entrance images being held and used by Elizabeth Parker Promotions Ltd for promotional and marketing purposes beyond the competition date.
6- Only one entry will be accepted per product, per purchase. By submitting more than one picture of the same product you are giving your permission to use all images submitted, however will only have one chance of winning.
7- A winner will be drawn once per quarter on the following dates: 25th August 2021 / 25thNovember 2021 / 25th February 2021 / 25th May 2021.
8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Share an image of you or the person you bought for wearing Elizabeth Parker Promotions accessories on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag provided. Alternatively, entrants can enter by sending image to at sales@elizabethparker.co.uk
10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12- The prize is as follows:
The prize is the cost of item in the picture refunded back to you. If your order included more than one item, or more than one item is visible in the photograph you will only be refunded the cost of the item with lowest value in the photograph. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13- Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter, once every quarter for the year the promotion is running.
14- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram /Facebook within 28 days of the draw. We will require your order number in order for you to claim your prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be issued.
16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19- The winner/and the person in the image agrees to their image/s being used in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21 – You or the person(s) featured in the images agree to Elizabeth Parker Promotions using your images for promotional and marketing purposes whether they are the winner or not.
20- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, or Instagram. You are providing your information to Elizabeth Parker Promotions and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at http://www.elizabethparker.co.uk
23 -Elizabeth Parker Promotions Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
